Individuals switch between multiple voices, but usually fall back on one of the following 5 dominant voices.

• Nurturers – encourage to speak
• Creatives – let them think outside of the box, protect from criticism
• Guardians – let them ask tough questions and challenge
• Connectors – motivation boosters
• Pioneers – speak last to avoid them dominating the meeting
