Daily reflections
The idea is to spend 5-10 minutes at the end of each day and answer 3 questions:
- Progress - What decisions were made? What did you achieve?
- Realizations - Where did you find clarity today? (i.e. something a team member said, a learning, or simply a quote)
- Challenges - What was more difficult than you anticipated? Did any problems surface?
Revisit monthly and look for patterns. As you look for patterns, you'll notice behaviors you want to encourage - X, and ones you'd typically avoid - Y.
