I have been a big fan of this roastery for a while. I absolutely love their branding and the choice of name. They mostly focus on washed African coffee, i.e. Kenya and Ethiopia, which is usually a safe option, all their beans that I tried so far (and I did a lot) are on the sweet side with quite strong floral and honey notes. Too bad they are hard to get outside of Russia.
